Each fortnight the elected Junior Leadership Team meets with the senior teachers to suggest ideas to improve our school. They also celebrate what is working well with their peers and discuss any problems or ideas that their friends would like to share with the teachers. Sometimes they hold competitions, think about road safety, trips or clubs that they would like. Each classroom has a suggestion poster for pupils to write down ideas for the JLT members to bring to the meetings and have an assigned time given in their class to feedback to their friends. Pupil Voice integral to all that we do at school.

The children also discuss their Eco targets and meet with their assigned subject leader to talk about their learning in different subjects.
